A Model for Calculating the Underwater Threat Range of a Naval Vessel

In response to the calculation problem of the underwater threat range of naval vessels, this article proposed a problem, determined the underwater threat situation of naval vessels segments, and based on this, proposed a calculation model for the underwater threat range of naval vessels. The example verification shown that the calculation model proposed in the article could conveniently and quickly calculate the range of underwater threats to naval vessels, and can be used as a tactical calculation tool for commanders to make command decisions during underwater operations, which can assist commanders in maneuvering ships and using underwater defense weapons to respond to underwater threats.
