Research on the Construction and Governance Mechanism of Supply Chain Platform Ecosystem in Digital Economy

With the rapid development of the digital economy, the supply chain platform ecosystem plays an important role in it. Therefore, building and effectively governing the supply chain platform ecosystem is crucial for improving supply chain management efficiency and promoting the development of the digital economy. This article studies the construction and governance mechanism of the supply chain platform ecosystem. Firstly, the definition and characteristics of the supply chain platform ecosystem were analyzed. Secondly, the key elements and challenges faced in building and governing the supply chain platform ecosystem were proposed. Next, the design principles and framework of the supply chain platform ecosystem were discussed. Finally, the governance mechanism of the supply chain platform ecosystem was discussed, including the roles and responsibilities of participating entities, information sharing, and collaborative innovation mechanisms. This study is of great significance for promoting the efficiency of supply chain management and the development of the digital economy.
