Revolutionizing Secure Image Transmission with Rubik’s, Chaos, DNA, and Homomorphic Approaches

This paper presents a framework for secure image encryption with the comparison of qualitative and quantitative aspects of fewnovel and established encryption methods. Rubik’s Method, DNA Encoding, Chaotic Systems, and Homomorphic encryption are evaluated for their efficiency in image encryptions. An input image is subjected to successive shifting operations in order to encrypt it using Rubik’s method, with the sum of pixel values and predefined keys serving as the basis. The Chaos Map encryption is demonstrated with the use of Arnold Cat map to jumble pixel placements. Further intricacy is introduced by DNA encoding, which converts pixel values into DNA sequences. DNA method is also considered as a hyper-chaotic map. To depict Homomorphic encryption, the Paillier cryptosystem is to perform additive and multiplicative operations on the image. We can learn a lot about the efficiency of encryption from evaluation measures like histograms, Unified Average Changing Intensity, and Computational Costs.
