Applicability of Pricing Basis for Green Construction Based on Life Cycle Cost Analysis: Taking Power Transmission and Transformation Project as an Example

With the increasingly prominent global environmental issues, the concept of GC (Green Construction) has gradually become a development trend in the construction industry. The pricing basis for GC that integrates life cycle cost analysis is of great significance for evaluating the economic and sustainability of building projects. The traditional engineering pricing model often overlooks the energy consumption, maintenance costs, and environmental impact of buildings throughout their entire life cycle. The research results indicate that the GC pricing basis integrating life cycle cost analysis has good applicability in power transmission and transformation projects, with a resource utilization rate 10.7% higher than traditional pricing models. It can comprehensively evaluate the cost and environmental impact of construction projects and provide scientific basis for decision-makers.
