An Approach for V2V Wireless Communication using Li-Fi and Wi-Fi Technology

The current period marks the beginning in the zenith of wireless communication. When it comes to wireless communication, cellular network technologies such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are first to go. However, the adoption of these technologies is causing harm to the environment over time. Greener, quicker, and more efficient technology requires immediate attention. This is where Li-Fi (Light Fidelity) comes into action. Li-Fi is a Visible Light Communication (VLC) technology that uses light to send and receive signals. It is both the fastest and most environmentally friendly means of communication. By combining V 2 V and $\mathrm{Li}-\mathrm{Fi}$ technologies, intelligent cars will achieve new heights. The technology known as vehicle-to-vehicle communication shows great promise in averting accidents and traffic congestion. This paper describes how data can be passed between vehicles via Li-Fi-based vehicle-to-vehicle communication. The main technologies, features, and communication enabling high-speed data transmission are described, followed by an explanation of how they are used in vehicle-to-vehicle communication. The field’s unique applications and prospects cannot be addressed by traditional network communication. In addition, challenging obstacles and visible light communication instructions are presented.
