Edu-Metaverse Classroom with AI-Driven Virtual Avatar Assistant

This study describes the process of designing an artificial intelligence (AI) virtual avatar assistant to improve user experience in a metaverse classroom environment. A metaverse is a virtual world where people communicate through avatars with things and each other. An AI-driven virtual avatar assistant uses AI, natural language processing (NLP), and visual representation to create an engaging and dynamic learning environment. A classroom is a physical area used for teaching and learning in educational institutions. The three goals are to: investigate how users could interact with AI-based virtual assistants in the metaverse; create more sophisticated user interfaces in a metaverse classroom application by utilizing an AI-based virtual avatar; and assess how users engage with this AI-based virtual avatar assistant in the metaverse classroom. Overall, this study aims to revolutionize the learning environment by leveraging the metaverse and AI technology to create more engaging and effective educational experiences.
