A Frequency-Domain Analysis of D-dot Sensor Calibration Uncertainty

Calibration of D-dot sensors is essential before an electric field measurement. It requires knowing the frequency-domain amplitude and phase sensitivity with the associated uncertainties. Currently, no well-defined method provides vector uncertainties. This paper proposes an approach to calculating vector uncertainties with a discussion of the most influential sources.
