A System for Uninterrupted Diagnostic Diesel Generator Engine

The preventive diagnostic became more and more important in real maintenance of ship diesel engines especially in Power Management System. In this issue only some are shown outcomes of research works in the field of marine engine diagnostics. A set up of additional encoder, capturing controller and calculating program is used to establish a new system for sensing deviations in the engine crankshaft rotational speed. So it solve the traditional problem with the early finding of an engine performance deviation in the initial stage of its development.
