Petri Net Modelling for Energy Efficiency Improvement of a Ship

The aim is to research and summarize engineering techniques for reduction carbon dioxide produced by vessels in operation. In the article a brief introduction is made regarding the requirements of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), advantages and disadvantages of the described techniques are defined. Petri Net was created to represent ship reconstruction process, and tasks for future research work are set.
