Analysis of the Influence of Electric Vehicle Charging Load Access on Distribution Network and Its Countermeasures

The market penetration of electric vehicles(evs) as an important choice for green travel has increased rapidly. In order to explore the influence of electric vehicle access to distribution network in different seasons, this paper first proposed a method for forecasting charging demand considering Ev travel and charging behavior, taking into account the seasonal characteristics. Secondly, establish the load capacity evaluation model of distribution network including the load capacity of transformer and line. Finally, the actual operation data of charging facilities and the ownership data of electric vehicles in a certain range in Chongqing were used to predict the charging load of evs in different regions within the range. Based on the prediction results, carrying capacity of the distribution network within the range is analyzed and coping strategies are proposed.
