Cost Assessment of New Energy Transmission Lines Based on AHP-EWM-COPRAS Methodology

Cleaner and lower carbonization is the direction of national energy development, but large-scale new energy grid connection is accompanied by a large number of grid-connected transmission line engineering project investment. Firstly, the basic characteristics of new energy transmission lines are sorted out, including line length, transmission capacity, transmission voltage level, etc., and the economic evaluation attributes system of new energy transmission lines is constructed, including natural factors, technological factors and cost factors, etc. Then, the hierarchical analysis method AHP , the entropy weight method EWM are used to intelligently identify the factors affecting the cost of new energy transmission lines, and calculate the attribute weight of each key factor; finally, taking the actual case as an example, COPRAS Combined Multi-Attribute Rating Analysis based on Ranked Score method is used to quantitatively assess the economics of new energy transmission lines. The cost utility of different schemes is analyzed through comparative analysis and sensitivity to provide decision makers with a scientific and reasonable basis for decision making and to promote the sustainable development of new energy transmission lines.
