Intelligent IoT Enabled 3D Printed Hand for Sewage Block Detection and Clearance

This project presents a 3D printed robotic hand model that utilizes an Arduino microcontroller and gas sensor to clear blockages in sewage pipes. The hand combines suction and manipulation units to remove debris and blockages using embedded system controller. The lightweight and compact design is made possible through 3D printing, while the gas sensor enables real-time detection. This project showcases low-cost, accessible technology to improve drainage system efficiency and effectiveness it avoids fatal due to sewage clearance. In recent years the fatal rate of human involved in cleaning of sewage treatment plant was increased. The main reason forthis is the poisonous gases coming out these plants. In order to avoid these, an intelligence IoT bases sewage block detection and clearance was developed in this project. The gas sensor senses the respective gases concentration and sensed data is proceed by the microcontroller. Through IoTgate way is sensed data is transferred to the cloud. When the gas is determined, it will be indicated in the user mobile.
