Ultrafast Dynamics in PDI-NDI-PDI Multichromophoric Systems

Ultrafast transient absorption spectroscopy (TAS) in organic semiconductor materials delivers the study of ultrafast dynamics occurring in femtosecond range. This enables to understand the path of electron transfer in a donoracceptor system and predict the mechanism of charge transfer interactions. The current work focuses on the electron pathway in perylenediimide-naphthalenediimide-perylenediimide (PDINDI-PDI) multichromophoric system on selective excitation of the one of the chromophoric group.
