All-Fiber 2D MMI Based Optical Logic Gates Using Square Core Multimode Fiber

We propose a design for implementing various optical logic gates using square-core multimode fiber. We show that NOT/OR/NAND/Ex-OR/Ex-NOR logic operations can be achieved with the same design by manipulating only the phase of input signals.
