Quantitative Reliability Analysis of Detonating Fuse Based on AHP

As a key component in the design of a linear separation device, the design reliability level of a detonating cable directly affects the separation success or failure of the separation body. This study proposes the analytic hierarchy method theory to perform a combined quantitative analysis of the environmental elements and key design parameters affecting the reliability of the detonating cable. The results are expected to help improve the inherent reliability level of the detonating cable, determine the key environmental design influencing factors and key design parameters of the detonating cable design, lay the foundation for reliability design, and merge functional performance design.
