High-Speed Fault Prognosis Approach and System of Industrial Intelligent Instruments

Fault prediction is a crucial technology for the intelligent operation and maintenance management of equipment, and it plays a significant role in detecting equipment faults, minimizing the probability of faults, and improving operational efficiency. Although fault prediction technology has been widely applied in various fields, there is lack of prediction technology designed specifically for industrial intelligent instruments. The existing methods are complex and lack universality; therefore, this paper proposes a fault prognosis method and system for industrial intelligent instruments that is faster and lighter compared to the existing fault prediction methods. The proposed method is suitable for various types of industrial intelligent instruments and can continuously enhance prediction accuracy through feedback. Further, this method can partially supplement or replace the fault prediction process.
