Research on System Reliability Model Considering Resource Sharing and Reconfiguration Strategy

To analyze the reliability of a system through a resource-sharing reconfiguration strategy, a reliability modeling method of resource-sharing reconfiguration mechanism based on the dynamic fault tree (DFT) is proposed. Based on the conventional fault tree, the SR logic gate is introduced to construct a DFT model corresponding to the shared reconfiguration mechanism of unidirectional resource sharing reconfiguration, bidirectional resource sharing reconfiguration, and single/bidirectional complex sharing reconfiguration. Subsequently, the model is solved by the Monte Carlo simulation method to address configuration variations before and after resource-sharing reconstruction. Finally, considering an avionics system as an example, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
