Calibration of Static System of K-Type Wire Thermocouple

In this study, a thermocouple of type K was calibrated and data were collected by a simple static calibration device, and subsequently the data were processed using origin software to derive the thermocouple's temperature difference function. The results of the study show a strong linear correlation between the thermocouple and the fixed point temperature. The static calibration device demonstrated good repeatability performance as verified by several experiments, and the resulting Seebeck coefficient of 40.99 μ$V$/°cis highly consistent with that of the standard K-type thermocouple, indicating a high degree of accuracy. These findings provide reliable data to support the use of thermocouples, which is important for temperature measurement in laboratories and industries.
