A Coil Detachment Protection Method Suitable for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles

In order to ensure efficient and stable wireless charging of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) under offset conditions, and timely turn off the power when the UAV coil's leaves the charging area, this paper adopts bottom charging method to charge UAVs wirelessly. A flat solenoid coil structure is designed, which can enable UAVs to charge efficiently and stably even when offset. The secondary side detects whether the UAVs has left the charging area, providing protection for the disconnection process of UAVs Charging. Simulation verification show that the maximum power of the system reaches 211W, the energy transmission distance can reach 3cm, the optimal charging efficiency can reach 92%, and the maximum lateral offset is 5cm, which can meet the wireless charging needs of UAVs.
