Research on the Life Evaluation of Domestically Produced Components Based on Computer Technology

This article introduces the demand for domestically produced components in key projects and the current situation of domestically produced components. It discusses the challenges faced by life evaluation technology for domestically produced components from two aspects: the limitations of traditional time-to-failure testing methods based on probabilistic statistics and the development of new materials and processes. Based on this, combined with the latest trends in life evaluation technology, it proposes research on failure mechanisms of domestically produced components, dynamic degradation testing methods based on sensitive parameters, and exploratory data analysis methods. By using computer-based Monte Carlo methods to expand and utilize existing sample information for numerical simulation analysis, it estimates the confidence limits of the lifetime distribution F(t) of the test results, breaks through certain key rapid life evaluation technologies for domestically produced components, and solves the drawbacks of long testing time and a large number of test samples in traditional life evaluation technology.
