Bearing Health State Fusion Evaluation

Aiming at the health evaluation and classification of bearings, an important component of transmission mechanism, and aiming at improving its evaluation accuracy, a fusion evaluation method is proposed. Specifically, firstly, the self-organizing mapping neural network is used to evaluate and classify the different health status of bearings, and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate and classify the health status of bearings. Finally, the classification results of two single evaluation models are used as the fusion object, and the evaluation results are fused by fuzzy integral. The results show that the health status results of fusion evaluation are always higher than those of two single evaluation models.
