Risk Matrix and D-S Theory Based Trustworthiness Assessment Method for Cloud Services

However, even cloud services guaranteed by international authoritative platforms may still have numerous trustworthiness issues. The trustworthiness of cloud services has become one of the unavoidable key issues in the digital transformation process of current enterprises. This article starts from the perspective of the risks faced by cloud services, analyzes the current situation of cloud service trustworthiness, and proposes a cloud service trustworthiness assessment method based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, risk matrix, and D-S theory. The method can effectively assess the trustworthiness status of cloud services. It has significant research significance and practical value for users choosing cloud services to build digital systems, and monitoring and managing the trustworthiness of currently used cloud services.
