Simple Randomized Cur Algorithms for Method of Moments Matrix Compression

The Method of Moments (MoM) discretization of electromagnetic scattering problems modeled with Integral Equations [1] results in systems of equations with a vast number of unknowns, demanding significant computational resources. Over the past three decades, substantial research has produced highly efficient algorithms [2], termed “Fast Solvers”, with reduced storage requirements and computational complexity, enabling iterative solutions on personal computers with millions of unknowns and even billions on supercomputers.
