Comprehensive Bibliometric Analysis of UTAUT and AI Integration in Business and Management Trends (2015-2024)

This study examines the intersection of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in business and management from 2015 to 2024. It aims to uncover trends, key contributors, and emerging themes in AI adoption through the UTAUT framework. The research builds on the UTAUT model, which integrates technology acceptance theories to explain user behavior in technology adoption. By focusing on AI integration in business contexts, the study enhances understanding of factors influencing technology adoption, particularly within organizational settings. A bibliometric analysis was conducted using data from the Dimensions database, covering 1,489 documents. VOSviewer software facilitated the visualization of co-authorship, co-citation, and keyword co-occurrence networks, revealing collaborative patterns and thematic developments in the research landscape. Findings indicate a significant increase in research output on UTAUT and AI, with notable contributions from authors and institutions worldwide. The study highlights the importance of performance expectancy and social influence in AI adoption, reflecting the evolving role of technology acceptance models in strategic management. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of AI integration in business, providing insights into user behavior and technology adoption trends.
