Multi-Beam Synthesis Method Based on Space-Time Coding Metasurfaces

Space-time coding metasurfaces can control electromagnetic waves in the spatial domain and achieve multidimensional control in space, frequency, and time domain. A space-time coding metasurfaces is introduced with time modulation incorporated into traditional beam forming theory, summarizing the theoretical formulas for beam forming under space-time coding conditions and methods for multiple beams forming. Based on the derived theories, control of harmonics in space-time coded metasurfaces is theoretically calculated and verified through simulations.
