Research on Adaptive h-Refinement Algorithm in Method of Moments Based on Interpolation Recovery Error Estimator

Due to the high computational cost of adaptive h-refinement based on residual error estimator in the method of moments(MoM), this paper, based on the basic theory of MoM, studies the interpolation recovery error estimator for the divergence, represented as surface charge density values, of the PEC model surface current characterized by RWG basis functions. Based on the error estimator and the controller using the B-W(Bowyer-Watson) interpolation algorithm as the mesh refinement algorithm, the adaptive h-refinement scheme of the whole process of MoM is constructed. The numerical results show that the adaptive h-refinement in MoM based on the error estimator of interpolation recovery has high calculation accuracy and can effectively reduce computing resources.
