Optimized the Rebound Drive Control of the Needle Valve Seat of the Injector of the In-Cylinder Direct Injection Hydrogen Engine Injector

In this study, the motion law of the hydrogen engine injector and the influencing factors of the injector needle valve rebound problem were analyzed. The step-up and down-voltage chopper circuit is used in the injector drive control of the hydrogen engine, and the second-order driving circuit of another section of pull-up current is added when the needle valve is opened to reduce the electromagnetic force rising too fast when the needle valve is opened and a buffer current is added when the needle valve is seated, and the bounce problem of the hydrogen injector is optimized by the control mode of inhibiting the excessive acceleration of the needle valve by the small electromagnetic force. The drive control model is established by Simulink, and the two improved drive waveforms are simulated and analyzed. Through the control optimization of the hydrogen injector, it can be concluded that adding another stage of pulling voltage after the main pulling current can effectively reduce the collision problem caused by the turn-on by about 97.5%. Adding a buffer current after the end of the maintenance current can effectively reduce the collision problem when seated, which is reduced by about 81.6%.
