Nested Miller Compensation with Ping-Pong Structure Amplifier

Over the past few decades, advances in integrated circuit technology have not only dramatically advanced society and industry, but have also changed the way people live and work. In the face of increased demand for high-voltage and high-temperature environments such as aerospace, automotive and high-temperature environments such as aerospace, automotive electronics, and high-precision measurement equipment, the design of high-voltage operational amplifiers with low noise and low distortion voltage for extreme conditions has become a major challenge in circuit design. In this thesis, the circuit is designed based on the O.25μmBCD process, and pre-simulation of the circuit is completed on Cadence's Virtuoso design platform. The pre-simulation of the circuit is completed. The low-distortion op-amp input distortion voltage is 3.84μ V at 5V supply voltage and 25°C room temperature. The typical value is 3.84μ V at 5V supply voltage, 25°C room temperature, 140dB DC gain, 68.9° phase margin, and unit gain bandwidth of the output is close to rail-to- rail, and the final simulation shows that the specifications basically meet the expected results.
