Research on high-precision evaluation standard of electron microscope images based on weighting algorithm

In this paper, the standard electron microscope images are taken as the experimental object, and the focusing degree of the electron microscope images is judged for the shooting of different samples in the electron microscope environment, so that it can identify the focusing state of different images and determine whether the electron microscope has reached the best focusing mode, so as to realize the photographic process of automatic identification of focus by the electron microscope. Due to the lack of objectivity of electron microscope focusing in traditional manual focusing, resulting in inaccurate image focusing, this paper proposes a high-precision focusing method for electron microscope images based on improved weighting.
