Design of Fast Optimization Software for Magnetic System

This paper proposed a fast optimization software for magnetic system based on MFS, the Magnetic Field Simulator of Microwave Tube Simulator Suite MTSS. The optimization software has two core functions: (1) Given the target system value of the periodic magnetic field, it can quickly optimize the magnetic field and get the single-ring value corresponding to each magnetic steel. (2) Given the single-ring value of each magnetic steel, it can quickly optimize the magnetic field and get the system value of the corresponding periodic magnetic field. The software is capable of adjusting magnetic system during the actual manufacturing process. Simultaneously, it establishes a seamless connection between magnetic system design and manufacturing, significantly reducing the design and manufacturing cycle of TWT.
