Design of An E-Band Planar Slow-Wave Structure with Energy Transmission Window

In this paper, an E-band planar slow wave structure based on spoof surface plasmon polaritons (SSPP) and the energy coupling window are designed and analyzed. By adopting the planar structure of SSPP, the slow wave structure has shown good transmission performance and miniaturized size. Meanwhile, with the waveguide-probe transition structure, the energy can be effectively coupled between the waveguide transmission line and the planar microstrip structure.
