Research and application of intelligent ship navigation safety supervision technology

Intelligent ships are the future of shipping development, and effective safety supervision technologies are the foundation for promoting the development of intelligent ships. By constructing an intelligent ship safety supervision framework, the basic theory of intelligent ship governance is proposed, and an intelligent ship safety risk monitoring system is designed and developed based on various technological means such as communication, artificial intelligence, and AIS. After system verification, the system can effectively monitor intelligent ships of different technical levels, timely detect ship risks, effectively check the probability of intelligent ship accidents, and improve ship navigation safety and efficiency.
