Application of UAV Target Detection and Tracking System Based on Intelligent Image Recognition

Intelligent object detection and tracking technology has become an inevitable trend in the development of modern society. This paper discusses the relevant research based on the application fields of image recognition, motion model prediction and unmanned driving, including a lot of robot related content. This paper starts with the background overview and leads to the study of the vehicle flight control mode on the UAV platform. Then, this paper analyzes the current status of the design and development of mainstream video surveillance systems at home and abroad, points out the existing problems, and puts forward solutions. Based on our own knowledge and experience, this paper designs an algorithm model of automatic navigation, positioning and tracking of intelligent mobile robot which has the function of self-detection and can track the specified target. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified by experiments. It is found that among the four target tracking types, the training accuracy of buildings reaches 95%, indicating that the target tracking algorithm for buildings is relatively accurate. Further analysis shows that the training accuracy of the vehicle is 90%, which also indicates that the target tracking algorithm has a good ability for vehicle recognition and tracking. However, the training accuracy of humans and trees is relatively low at 80% and 85%, respectively. This also means that further improvements are needed in target tracking algorithms to improve accuracy for these target types. Therefore, more exploration and research are needed for the tracking algorithms of the two target types, man and tree.
