Sensitivity Analysis of Turbulence Model in High Mach Solid Ramjet Simulation

Propose a novel internal flow field structure for high Mach solid ramjet engines and perform structural mesh division. In the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) numerical simulation of gas-solid two-phase combustion using Fluent, the gas-phase control equation adopts the Reynolds averaged conservation Navier Stokes (N-S) equation for multi-component chemical reactions in the Cartesian coordinate system. Using the control variable method, two sets of examples were set up. The impact of the convection-diffusion term and turbulence model on the calculation results was obtained by comparing the temperature cloud map of the internal flow field, combustion chamber outlet temperature, and thrust of the two sets of examples. Then, the differences between the calculation results of different convection-diffusion terms and turbulence models were analyzed, and the convection-diffusion term and turbulence model suitable for the actual situation were selected.
