Application and Practice of PaddleOCR Based Image Recognition Technology in Business License

In view of the food and beverage business related qualification supervision is more difficult, more manual participation leads to error prone problems, this paper realizes a food and beverage business license recognition method based on OCR recognition technology. This method can extract key fields such as unified social credit code and company name. It can assist to solve the management problems of related catering business. Compared with traditional manual management, this method saves manpower and material resources to a certain extent. This method makes the management process more convenient and simple, provides ideas for the automation and intelligence of business license information management method, and plays an important role in promoting the development and promotion of business license information management.
