is a special issue devoted to the control of floating wind energy systems. The guest editors are Lucy Pao, Misha Sinner, and Manuel Pusch. They were assisted by Melanie Zeilinger in her role of associate editor. They assembled five articles for this special issue. The articles are described in the guest editorial.
