A Class of Cyclic Partial Geometries and Their Associated Constant Weight and LDPC Codes

This paper presents a class of cyclic partial geometries, called triplet partial geometries, which are constructed based on finite fields of characteristic 2. Using these partial geometries, constant-weight codes and LDPC codes with cyclic and quasi-cyclic structure are constructed.
