An HIV/AIDS model with gender differences and awareness differences

In this paper, we present an HIV/AIDS model with gender difference and awareness difference. The gender difference is first introduced into the traditional Susceptible-Infectious model, and then combine with awareness differences to establish the HIV/AIDS model. At the same time, the model takes into account the characteristics of HIV transmission and the clinical presentation of a typical HIV patient. In the modeling, the population is divided into eight subclasses. Based on the model, the basic reproduction number $\left(R_{0}\right)$ is calculated by next generation matrix. Subsequently, the correctness of the results is verified by performing numerical simulations. Through sensitivity analysis, effective measures for the prevention and control of infectious diseases are explored, which is of significance for improving the capacity and ability of society to cope with infectious diseases.
