Corrections to “A Scalable Self-Powered Balancing Circuit for High-Step-Down-Ratio Auxiliary Power Supply”

Unfortunately, the published version of this article contains several typographical errors due to editorial oversights. These errors, which appear throughout the document, may cause confusion regarding the specifications of the developed converter. However, the overall design procedure and discussions of the converter remain unchanged. This article proposes a 6 kV to 48 V high step-down (HSD) converter with a two-stage design structure, as demonstrated in the test results. The first stage consists of five proposed balancing-circuit cells, each capable of converting 2 kV to 1 kV. With two different configurations based on power flow directions, the final stack of five cells produces 6 kV to 1 kV while a load is connected to the middle capacitor. The second stage uses four commercial power supplies in an input-parallel-output-series configuration to step down the voltage from 1 kV to 48 V. However, in the published article, the input voltage of 6 kV is mistakenly written as 6 V in the following sections. For clarity, the correct paragraphs are provided below.
