This study analyzes the cloud computing security, addressing vulnerabilities inherited from SOA and virtualization. Within the SPI model, this study proposes countermeasures and reviews solutions from prominent suppliers, alongside insights into the challenges impeding mainstream adoption. This study examines proprietary and open-source cloud alternatives to aid IT decision-makers in making informed choices. It emphasizes standardized Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and utilizes uniform security standards to enhance cloud security. The conclusions drawn from this investigation enhance cloud security, which is essential for encouraging wider adoption.
