Analysis of Advanced Technology Integrated Interviews

This research study explores the integration of video facial expression analysis with audio-to-text conversion technologies to enhance communication skills assessment in mock interviews. By combining these technologies, the proposed system aims to provide a comprehensive and objective evaluation of a candidate’s verbal and non-verbal communication abilities. The proposed model utilizes advanced Machine Learning (ML) algorithms, including Deep Learning (DL) models for facial expression recognition and Natural Language Processing (NLP) for speech analysis. The proposed system promises to revolutionize the traditional approach to interview training and preparation by providing detailed feedback that candidates can use to improve their communication skills effectively.
