SIKLAB: Advancing Fire Emergency Response with a Unified Mobile and Web Solution

The study presents the development and evaluation of the SIKLAB system, an innovative solution to improve fire incident reporting and response. Leveraging a comprehensive research methodology, the study delves into the current state of fire emergency management in the Philippines, highlighting challenges and gaps. The SIKLAB system, designed with a user-centric approach, underwent rigorous testing, including unit, integration, and system testing, alongside a thorough User Acceptance Test (UAT) involving diverse respondents. Results indicate high user satisfaction across functionality, reliability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability metrics, positioning the SIKLAB system as a robust and effective tool for emergency response. The findings contribute valuable insights to the field of technology-driven solutions in public safety and emergency management.
