Real - Time Monitoring of STAMINA Score and Efficiency of Operation of Organizations Using SWOT Analysis

This work proposes two parameters for measuring the health of an organization. The first one is the STAMINA score that can replace the subjective and qualitative SWOT analysis with more objective and quantitative interpretation, so as to provide a meaningful insight on the health of the organization. An intelligent system has been proposed to gather the perception from the stakeholders and derive inferences through a novel method of natural principle of combining. The STAMINA score reveals one of the nine levels of the standing of the organization from Fragile to Durable. The second parameter is the Efficiency of Operation of the organization. These two parameters proposed in the work, developed as an application, are expected to give a real-time monitoring of the performance of an organization that cannot be done with the conventional SWOT analysis, making it an indispensable tool for proactive decision making by the owners of the organization.
