Quasi-Synchronization of Delayed Discrete-Time Inertial Neural Networks under Saturation Controller

This paper is concerned with the problem of exponential quasi-synchronization for a class of non-identical discrete-time inertial neural networks (DT-INNs) under saturation-based feedback controller with time-varying fluctuations. Appropriate delay-square-dependent Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) is constructed which includes delay-dependent state coupling information into the required condition which guarantees the negative definiteness. Based on the inequality techniques and constructed LKF, the sufficient conditions ensuring quasi-synchronization is obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, a numerical example is demonstrated together with the simulation results with the help of MATLAB software in LMI toolbox. The simulation results clearly depicts the efficacy of the established theoretical outcomes together with the significance of the controller.
