Improvement of Measurement Precision in Comb-Mode Resolved Spectral Interferometry via Programmable Line-by-Line Spectral Shaping of Frequency Comb

We present an improvement of measurement precision in comb-mode resolved interferometry using high repetition rate and flat top frequency comb. An electro-optic frequency comb with repetition rate of 18 GHz and 5 THz of spectral bandwidth was used as a seed laser and was line-by-line spectral shaped to generate the flat-top spectral shape. We improvement the measurement precision from 70 nm to 6 nm via programmable line-by-line spectral shaping. © 2024 The Author(s)
