Non-contact measurement of harmonic voltage based on leakage current and impedance transfer in capacitive devices

In order to solve the problems of low precision and difficult installation of grid broadband voltage measurement, this paper proposes a non-contact measurement method of broadband voltage reconstruction by leakage current. In this paper, the impedance equivalent model of the capacitor is established by studying the frequency domain dielectric response test results of the capacitor device and calculating its impedance transfer function. In order to minimize the measurement error, the current transducer transfer impedance model is obtained by performing frequency characteristics tests on it. Finally, the harmonic voltages are reconstructed from the overall impedance transfer function of the capacitive device and the current sensor through the leakage current.
