Research on the Identification and Management of User Risk Perception Dimensions in Blockchain Technology-based Cultural Product Rights Confirmation Services

This study aims to identify the dimension attributes of risk perception among users of blockchain digital copyright service platforms. The goal is to offer valuable insights for effectively implementing risk management in the digital intelligence era and for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the new generation of blockchain technology. Building on existing research on risk perception dimensions, data were collected through face-to-face and online interviews. The interview text was encoded at three levels using grounded theory research ideas to construct the AntecedentsPrivacy Concerns-Outcomes (APCO) model, which explains the impact mechanism of users’ risk perception. The findings indicate that individual risk perception ability and technology maturity influence users to develop different dimensions of risk perception. Furthermore, the attributes of users’ risk perception dimensions have a further impact on usage intention. Finally, appropriate governance measures are proposed.
