Pattern-based Stylization Method for QR Codes

With the accelerated development of the digital era, Quick Response (QR) codes have become an indispensable tool in information interaction, especially in the fields of mobile payment and advertising. However, as application scenarios and user demands become increasingly diverse, traditional black-and-white QR codes are unable to satisfy the pursuit of aesthetics and personalization. Therefore, research on how to enhance the visual appeal of QR codes while ensuring their functionality has been conducted. In this paper, a new Pattern-based Stylization Method for QR codes is proposed, integrated with AI-generated content (AIGC) and materialized. By this method, the application scenarios of QR codes is broadened and new solutions for advertising and information dissemination is provided.
