Evaluation of Service Capability of Cultural Product Property Rights Trading Platform in the Context of Blockchain

[Purpose/Significance] This study aims to identify the factors influencing the enhancement of service capacity in cultural product property rights trading platforms within the context of blockchain technology. It seeks to promote the realization of the value of cultural product property rights and to drive the innovative development of these trading platforms.[Methods/Processes] Utilizing grounded theory, this research determines the service characteristics of cultural product property rights trading platforms in the blockchain context and constructs an evaluation index system. This system comprises a target layer, a criterion layer (3 items), a sub-criteria layer (7 items), and an indicator layer (14 items). The evaluation indexes are then empowered using the sequential relationship analysis method (G1) and the improved CRITIC method.[Results/Conclusion] Enhancing the service capacity of cultural product property rights trading platforms in the blockchain context requires a comprehensive consideration of service resource integration capacity, intelligent service supply capacity, and service ecological operation. It is essential to thoroughly analyze current user needs, enhance the application of blockchain technology throughout the service process, innovate service content, strengthen cooperation and development, and establish a digital and intelligent service system alongside an ecological management and operation system.
