Navigating Tomorrow’s Engagement: A Comprehensive Social Media Management Platform

Social media has become an effective vehicle for worldwide interaction in the rapidly evolving world of technology. Nowadays, large number of Content creators, celebrities, and influencers use these platforms to distribute thoughts, knowledge, and skills to a vast audience. This kind of people requires constant monitoring the engagement metrics such as likes, comments, and followers which is crucial to assess the impact of the content on the intended audience. To address their need, this system aims to provide a comprehensive solution for individuals managing multiple social media accounts. The system dashboard provides a user friendly and clean front-end to the user. On the other side, the platform processes data acquired from various social media platforms seamlessly. It aims to provide users with a user-friendly and clean front-end interface for managing multiple social media accounts. The platform predicts future reach and estimates potential follower growth using data science algorithms such as regression and random forest. The accuracy of the prediction algorithm obtained from linear or multiple regression is about 63 to 73%, and from random forest, it can be up to 92%. This approach empowers social media managers with actionable insights, aiding them in optimizing their content strategy and enhancing their online presence. Currently, this research focuses only on the Instagram platform, but the same techniques can be used to develop web-based system for other platforms as well. Additionally, dataset for Instagram is created to train the proposed models.
